Online Fitness visits the community to educate kids on healthy nutrition.

On Wednesday the 16th of September, Don, Rhonda and Sarah from Online Fitness visited Woodridge Primary school to speak to the kids about healthy eating.

The kids were fantastic and everyone had a lot of fun! Everyone at the school was so wonderful and welcoming – thanks Woodridge Primary!

The kids were given paper plates and asked to divide their plates into the different food categories. They then had to write in what they had eaten that day and put it into the correct category. They were fascinated about all the different foods and what makes each food different.

Finishing off with an amazing and very nutritious lunch and the day was a great success!
