Just goes to show you should always read the label on the foods you eat so you’re not hit with any nasty hidden calories!

I’m guilty of getting a few of these wrong myself – especially the breakfast cereal bars – some are so chock full of calories they were equal to 2 breakfasts for me! Read the labels on food everyone and know what you’re putting into your body!
