What made Brett interested in the Fitness Industry?

[dt_gap height=”10″ /]Brett’s journey in the Fitness Industry started when he joined the Royal Australian Air Force and would participate in official training for 2 hours every day, “this is definitely where my interest and passion for health and fitness began.”

He also began refereeing Rugby League on weekends, which furthered his interest and within a few years, his goal was to turn this interest into a career.

Why study the Diploma of Fitness?

[dt_gap height=”10″ /]After running Personal Training around his Refereeing career Brett wanted to further his education by studying the Diploma of Fitness, to help him to stand out in the “sea of personal trainers”[dt_gap height=”10″ /]

BRETT SUTTOR IM1Brett certainly likes to keep himself busy, he’s currently:

Advice for other students

[dt_gap height=”10″ /]Brett’s advice is:

“Like all studying I feel that you need to plan study time and try your best to stick at it.

I find with a full time job, the NRL and life it’s hard to fit the time in to my schedule.”

With Brett managing to fit so much into his busy life, we think his advice is spot on!  Planning ahead

scheduling in study is so important when you’ve got other commitments. After all, it’s not about

finding time, it’s about making time!

P.S. Our Study Planner is a great tool to help you track your study and schedule in enough time to reach your goals.

“Brett is an excellent student, even with all of the time constraints given his extremely busy schedule, he manages to produce outstanding work. His depth of knowledge and grasp on the industry has meant that he has flown through his diploma assessments without needing to make any amendments on what he has submitted so far. The practical work coming through is of the highest standard as well which is really great to see.”

We know Brett has already achieved great things, and will continue to do so in the coming years! Congratulations on all of your amazing work so far Brett!
