After many years of delivering purely online education, we’re excited to be announcing that our Blended study mode is BACK!
What is Blended Learning?
Blended Learning combines the convenience of online study, with the benefits of a classroom.
You’ll have 2 x weekly evening classes, where you come into our campus, our teachers will deliver a tutorial & then you’ll head to the gym to put into practice what you’re learning.
Outside of your class time, you’ll be able to complete your assessment when it suits you, and re-cap on anything taught within your in-campus lessons.
You’ll be able to ask any questions to your teachers through your class time and regardless of your study choice, you’ll also always have our team ready to support you & help you 7 days a week.
Will Blended Study Suit You?
Different study methods suit different people, especially if you have to balance other commitments with your studies. Here’s a guide to see if our blended class could suit you:
- You prefer a face to face component to your studies
- You still want the flexibility of online study
- You’re interested in a more intense ‘fast-tracked’ style of learning, to help you get qualified & working in the industry sooner
Our July Intake Details
Course: Certificate III & IV in Fitness Bundle (SIS30315 & SIS40215)
Location: Onfit Campus – PCYC Lang Park (next to Suncorp Stadium), Milton, 4064 QLD
Duration: 10 weeks of classes for Certificate III in Fitness, followed by 10 weeks of classes for the Certificate IV in Fitness.
Class Details: Held every Monday and Wednesday (6pm – 9pm)
Get to Know Our Teaching Team
Jeff has 20+ years of experience in the health & fitness industry and holds a Bachelor of Human Movement Science. Jeff is the most senior member of our teaching staff and has a wealth of experience in delivering engaging lessons and practical sessions. Jeff’s extensive work experience includes working in some of Queensland’s largest health club chains, working as a Gym Instructor, Personal Trainer and Personal Trainer Manager.
Rob holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Movement Science, as well as the Certificate III, IV and Diploma of Fitness. Rob has a keen interest in Strength & Conditioning & has almost a decade of experience within the fitness industry. Rob’s been part of the Onfit team since 2013 and is extremely passionate about providing the very best support and care for our students.
Kate holds a Bachelor Degree in Exercise and Sports Science, as well as a Bachelor Degree in Health Science majoring in Nutrition. Kate has worked in gyms and allied health settings for over 6 years – working with sporting teams for rehab and nutrition, rehabilitation for cancer patients and as a weight loss coach.
Michael’s been in the Fitness Industry since 2003, in roles such as a Gym Instructor, Personal Trainer, PT Manager and Group Training Instructor. Michael has completed the Certificate III & IV in Fitness, Diploma of Fitness and Diploma of Sports Development. Michael’s career includes being a Strength & Conditioning Coach since 2011 and he has a strong interest in youth development across all sports. Michael especially enjoys in-classroom teaching and sharing his experience and knowledge with students.

The Onfit Training College Campus is within PCYC Lang Park (right next to Suncorp Stadium).
There’s great public transport options, free undercover parking & a 24/7 Gym, with fantastic facilities & brand new equipment!
As part of your Blended Course, you’ll receive free PCYC gym membership, for the duration of your classes.
