Thanks for a great post. As I am a baby boomer a lot of those points do target me. As I age, the more I think about looking after myself. My Body is not as resilient as it used to be. Gut health is very important as foods now start to upset me. Also work Seem to be getting harder to do. Regular exercise seems to help as it keeps me stronger.
